All Fleet and Family Support Center Services are provided in San Diego by any of the Fleet and Family Support Centers (FFSC) locations.

A FFSC staff member regulary visits Seal Beach to provide services on location, your command wil know about the daes, times, and subject matter.

For 24/7 Appointment Scheduling only for, clinical counseling, relocation assistance, resume assistance, financial consultations, or Capstone, at any Navy Region Southwest FFSC, call 1-866-923-6478. The appointments are at the location fo the FFSC that you ask for.

We do take walk-ins, though we suggest you schedule an appointment. There are occasions where all staff members are busy and without an appointment, you may have to wait until someone is available. Those seeking urgent clinical counseling will be seen as soon as possible.

If a class or workshop has a phone number or email address included on the page, please use one of those to register for the class or workshop. It helps the facilitators to be prepared. We do take walk-ins for classes, workshops.

Military spouses should see more flexible job opportunities under new OPM hiring policy.

Under the new policy, agencies can appoint military spouses to temporary, term or permanent positions in the civil service, OPM said. Military spouses must be currently married to an active or injured service member at the time the agencies make their appointments.
